Very Good: Signs of limited usage—most commonly small scratches. The screen may have very minor imperfections.

Good: Signs of normal usage. These units may have slight dents or scratches on the casing as well as minor screen imperfections.

Scratch & Dent: Signs of heavy usage. These units have larger than average dents and/or scratches on the casing as well as potential screen imperfections. We do our best to list these imperfections in each individual description.

Fair: Higher wear for its age and cosmetic or operational defect(s) noted in the item’s description. Fair Condition items are only available in the Clearance section.
