macThat offers the following warranty to the ORIGINAL purchaser of our refurbished products.
macThat warrants the Refurbished Product against any electronic or mechanical defects for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of the original purchase by the consumer. Since the Refurbished Product was sold as a refurbished item, the warranty does not apply to any cosmetic appearance items such as scratches or normal wear and tear. If an electronic or mechanical defect is confirmed by macThat, macThat will repair or, at its option, replace defective unit/parts with new or rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor. Replacement unit/parts will be warranted for the remaining portion of the original NINETY (90) DAY warranty period.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, abuse and shall not cover the Refurbished Product if it has been opened, altered, or tampered with. Software issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our standard warranty.
Under no circumstances shall macThat be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of the Refurbished Product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, including any express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular use or otherwise.
This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights and they may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not follow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, hence the above exclusion and limitations may not apply.

macThat is dedicated to selling quality refurbished products. In fact, we’re so confident in our inspection and restoration process that we’re willing to put our money where our mouth is. Should you receive an item that has a glitch or malfunction you weren’t expecting, or you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I return my item?
- Fill out the form on the Contact Us page, providing your order number and reason for returning your item.
- We’ll contact you within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays, with the return address and other details.
- Place your item back in its original packaging, safely and securely. We can’t be responsible for any damages that might occur during return shipping.
- Ship the device to us using the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We’ve found the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail to be the most economical option.
- After we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a refund of the purchase price within 2 weeks.
